You may remember that we introduced Bony Macaroni and their song “Piece of Shit” last month. Good news for those of you who dig the band, they’ve sent another new track called “Doom” our way! Their debut EP, self-described as “semi-catchy” will be released early in 2019 and people can be sad again. Really sad, because an EP just seems too damn short for a band this good.
Bony Macaroni is a Dutch emo rock band who is getting ready to release their debut in early 2019. The band has a folky sound to their gang vocals, with a great catchy chorus. Additionally, you can tell the band are fans of Motion City Soundtrack, Weezer, and other bands in the “quirky emo” genre.
The solo and bridge bring quite a different sound to the song, before leading right back into the final chorus. I highly recommend Bony Macaroni to anyone who is looking for a fresh, interesting sound. Keep an eye out for their next single, “Doom”!
